Once your portrait session is booked we will send you further information about the session, and how to find us.
We aim to photograph customers within 6 months of making a booking. (If you wish to extend this, then we need to know when we first contact you.) If you want photographs for a particular occasion, then please let us know when we contact you so that we can try to accommodate you.
You will be invited to a preview session to view your photographs, usually within 2 - 4 weeks of the portrait session.
Once you have made your selection, your photographs will be ready for collection (by appointment) within 4 - 6 weeks. (We offer an express service should you require them in a shorter time.)
Please note that we require at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or re-schedule your portrait or preview sessions. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee if less notice is given.
